All orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. Any order canceled after 24 hours will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as your order has already been put into production.
We do not give refunds or replacements when the customer enters the wrong shipping address. Returns do not come to us, and they are, in most cases, destroyed by our shipping provider. Be sure to double check your shipping address.
If your product is defective in any way, let us know and we will send you a replacement.
We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you are unhappy about your purchase, send the product back and we will refund your product cost as soon as your return has been inspected by our Returns Department for damage. Customized items will only be accepted if there are printing errors.
